Below I will briefly explain the different forms of therapy and approaches that we can use during our sessions.


MIND


Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT is an experiential therapy focused on recognising, understanding and expressing emotions. Emotions act as a compass, showing what you need and where your boundaries lie. EFT helps strengthen connection—with yourself and with others.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is an evidence-based method that explores how thoughts, feelings and behaviour influence each other. It is practical, goal-oriented and applicable in daily life.

Integrative Psychotherapy

This approach explores underlying causes, patterns and life history, aiming to increase awareness and sustainable change.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps you relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, focusing on values, acceptance and psychological flexibility.

Imaginal Exposure

An effective method for trauma processing, reducing emotional charge through guided re-experiencing.

Strengthening Self-Image

Using the method of Manja de Neef, self-esteem can be strengthened in an average of 8–12 sessions through writing exercises and positive focus.

Schema Therapy

Schema therapy works with long-standing patterns formed early in life, helping you create healthier choices and relationships.
